Navajo not smoke-free, yet

WINDOW ROCK — Shortly after dining on a lunch of steak and lobster provided by the Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise, the 22nd Council recessed until Wednesday while problem documents for a resolution to ban smoking in public places on the Navajo Nation — with the temporary exception of casinos — were researched.
